Payment Arrangement

1. One month security deposit is required upon reservation.
   
2. Monthly licence fee should be fully settled 14 days before the first day of room block.

Cancellation of Reservation

1. 100% refund - notification is required 28 days before the first day of room block
2. 50% refund - notification is required 21 days to 28 days before the first day of room block
3. no refund - cancellation is made less than 21 days before the first day of room block
